Russo's Terms and Conditions
Any claim by you that any footwear is defective or not of satisfactory quality, must be notified to us by telephone, e-mail or letter within 14 days from the date of delivery. If you do not notify us accordingly, we shall have no liability for such failure or defect.
We shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, negligence, abnormal usage conditions.
If you make a valid claim we shall replace the ordered goods in question free of charge or, at our sole discretion, refund in full the payment made in respect of such goods. Such replacement or refund is conditional upon the ordered goods in question having been returned to us.
Please ensure your footwear is a correct fit and is comfortable before wearing outside. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on footwear that does not fit or caused discomfort unless in an unworn/unused condition.
It is our company policy to offer repairs if appropriate.
Delivery/Returns for online purchases
Russo delivers goods by royal mail sent by recorded delivery, free of charge to UK residents only, outside UK the necessary postage will be charged.
A signature will be required so ensure you choose the correct delivery address i.e. Home, work. You can track your delivery with the tracking number we provide.
We will endeavour to dispatch within 2 working days of receiving your full payment.
Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo have a 10-14 day delivery time of receiving your full payment
Returns Policy
PLEASE INFORM US VIA EMAIL FIRST.
of any returns with the reason for returning. We will provide you with a returns address and returns number, please put the number on your enclosed paper work (original invoice).
Due to the nature of our stock supply, all Christian Louboutin and Jimmy Choo returns are subject to a 15% handling fee which will be deducted from the refund.
For your own peace of mind, as we cannot be responsible for any lost returns during transit, we suggest you return all items by Recorded Delivery, where a tracking number and signature is required.
We regret that postage cannot be refunded.
